Saunders, Jr., 31, King George, two counts of distribution of an imitation narcotic (‘Molly’).

Reese, 47, NNRJ, two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II narcotic (Heroin, Oxycodone) being a 3rd or subsequent offense and one count of conspire to distribute being a 3rd or subsequent offense. Also charged with one count of possession of Marijuana subsequent to arrest.

Hall, 34, Town of Colonial Beach, one count of distribution of a Schedule I or II narcotic (Oxycodone). Foster, 43, Town of Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II narcotic (Oxycodone) being a 2nd offense and one count of conspiring to distribute being a 2nd offense. Byrd, 28, Town of Colonial Beach, one count of distribution of a Schedule I or II narcotic (Methamphetamine). Allison, 44, Town of Colonial Beach, one count of possession of a Schedule I or II narcotic (Cocaine). Colonial Beach Police Department, Northern Neck Regional Jail and Rappahannock Regional Jail assisted during the morning operation. The operation was initiated by Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives in conjunction with the Tri-County Drug Task Force which is comprised of the sheriff’s offices of Caroline, King George and Westmoreland, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Virginia State Police. The thirteen month undercover operation ran simultaneously with Operation ‘Spring Cleaning’ which was carried out in March 2019. Conducted in the early morning hours of Monday, May 13, 2019, Operation ‘Spring Cleaning P2’ resulted in ten individuals being arrested on several criminal indictments to include an additional charge subsequent to arrest.
